I use this flour from baking bread, frying, and to making cakes. It does a good job in everything I do with it. I just wish it was a little cheaper but that goes for all Gluten free food.

This product has been great. My son has autism and was looking for a gluten free flour to make gravy, that's his thing. This flour doesn't clump up as bad as some other brands. I have not used it y...
