Smaller than I thought it would be. Pay real close attention to the pictures when putting set together. Lay out all pieces and put into some kind of order to make sure everything is there, ours was short (1) 5 inch 2x4.

The box was shredded when I got the swingset but the wood was still in good shape except one ladder board was broken, we glued it and screwed it on anyway and it's fine. I wouldn't recommend this one if you have more than 2 kids over 5-6 years olds. This is perfect for 2-5 years olds.

It took over a month to get all of the boxes. Then, while we were putting it together not all of the pre-drilled holes from the factory lined up correctly so my husband had to drill new holes. The playset is cute but it is a lot smaller and cheaper than I expected. There were only 3 monkey bars, ...
