Smaller than I thought it would be. Pay real close attention to the pictures when putting set together. Lay out all pieces and put into some kind of order to make sure everything is there, ours was short (1) 5 inch 2x4.

I wouldn't recommend this one if you have more than 2 kids over 5-6 years olds. This is perfect for 2-5 years olds.
