I started taking Nattokinase 100 mg after reading about the Spike Protein. I take it once a day, preferably in the morning with just water. It is part of my supplements that i take everyday. I think very highly of the NOW supplement.

This product works. I tried several brands, and Now's Nattokinase seems to work well. I also like that it includes the vitamin K component.
