This is an okay product. I didn't see much hair growth, but did see my nails grow. I prefer the 1,000mg over the 5,000mg as the 5,000mg often made me break out. These Biotin pills I took on a daily basis. I did notice my nails growing and leg hair so I'm assuming my actual hair too but I stopped taking these once they finished. They do worth though. But I was waxing back then and what is the point of waxing if you are taking biotin lol

I've been using this product for about a month now because my hair wasn't growing back fast enough since I did a big chop in the summer. It has helped my hair grow longer but not fuller at all. My hair is very thin. This is good for length growth for me.

I'm on nutrafol now so I no longer take these but I did for over 10 years to support hair and nail growth/health. They worked well for me and you can get them at any drugstore, so easy to find!
