I loved these noodles because they are made from brown rice instead of the traditional white rice. They taste wonderful but are a whole grain, so I'm happy and my family is happy. Win, Win!

I needed some rice noodles for a Mongolian Beef Noodle Bowl recipe and didn't want to use the white rice noodles, so I tried these instead. They turned out great and you couldn't even tell they were brown rice.

I love that each serving is individually packaged in the box. If you're just cooking for yourself, it's really ideal. The taste and texture is perfectly normal, no complaints here. Add veggies, some vinegar, fish sauce and hoisin and you got yourself a wonderful dinner.
