I've been trying to avoid all forms of sugar except completely natural, such as raw honey. However, honey simply doesn't taste good in everything. This product tastes just like sugar to me, and even though it's more expensive my body will thank me for switching!

I am mainly using this product to sweeten my breakfast fruit and yoghurt and like the taste -- it is a little "malty", but that doesn't bother me. At 30 Cal/TBS it fit in well with my diet.
