I'm in a wheelchair, and use my legs to manuaver the chair....so I don't walk or run in them. I use them for strengthenning my legs, and they work great for that. I don't think they would be good if you walk or run in them, cause they would slide down.

The item was perfect for me to use to strengthen my legs during physical therapy. It was a little hard to get the weights out of the slots, but once I got them out it worked perfect. The Velcro was heavy duty and it stayed on my ankles the entire session. It was well worth the price!

Multiple exercises for both legs and arms. I also strap both on one leg or arm for more weight.

I use these weights for my physical therapy exercises. I don't use them for walking or running so I don't have some of the problems that other people have. They are just right for me!
