These Gold's Gym 2.5 pounds adjustable ankle weights are perfect! I subtracted so I could work up to 2.5 pounds, so they are just PERFECT!

Needed some weights so wanted to get ones like using in therapy. I like these because you can take out some of the weight . They go from 2/12 to 5 pound. That saves you from buying two different ones. Great price.

These ankle weights are fabulous! They can easily be adjusted to the weight that suits you, from 5 lbs each leg upt o 15. The inserts are easy to remove and easy to put back in.
