Equate Fluticasone did a very good job of relieving my acute sinusitis, which reduced my chronic cough significantly. sometimes it felt very dry in my nose and throat so I drank plenty of water and sprayed saline in my nose a couple times a day. overall very pleased with this product.

Use it everyday to help keep allergies from getting worse. I used to have sinus infections when Pollen increased during the year. Been using this for about three years now and no infections, still get stuffed up but that is better than the alternative.

This product was great for my seasonal allergies It is less expensive because it's generic but it's just as well as the original. I like it even more it seems to work better for me. I would recommend it!! The nondrowsy form is what works best for me
