Works for me. This was prescribed to before there wa a generic equivalent. I use it for allergies and eustachian tube fullness. I like it because you don't need to take several kinds of allergy medications with it. This is all you need.

We've had some unusual weather in California where it stirred up my allergies and it's not fun to deal with. Also my co-pay for generic flonase, while not high is more that I'd like to pay. Walmart's brand is the right price and it gets the job done as the same prescribed generic version of it.
