This camera was perfect for my trip to Hawaii. We were at North Shore and took the best pictures and videos while swimming. It far exceeded any of my expectations. It is definitely worth while to have a camera and not have to worry about it getting wet.

I owned an earlier model of this camera and loved it. So I thought I would upgrade. Sadly the first time I used it on my vacation it leaked and I was unable to take pictures the entire trip. It takes great photos on land but I was unable to test the water features.

I purchased to take on a whitewater rafting trip.  It was wet several times, but never immersed.  I experienced no leakage.  I was especially impressed with the features and image quality which I had not expected.  HD video quality was great expect focusing was inconsistent when zoomed.
