I had to call for set-up assistance, but that was my error. Most people would have an easy launch. Excellent coverage, and great speed. Definitely recommend, especially for the price/value.

My internet access was crashing a couple times per day, and the rebooting and re-configuring of the router was required after each disruption. This new router was priced reasonably, delivered promptly in good condition, and eliminated my internet access problem. I have no complaints.
