If you're looking to jerk chicken, pork or etc, hands down this is the closest you're going to get unless you blend the items yourself! We are always on the island and this is our go to when we're here at home

I used about 5 teaspoons on 10 chicken thighs along with a few other ingredients and let it marinate for about 12 hours. The chicken was very flavorful and wasn't spicy at all (which I liked because of the children). If you're looking for a little heat I'd recommend adding a whole habanero pepper...
