SK Protein is a great cereal. Very crunchy, doesn't get soggy quickly. Great brown sugar flavor. Good protein and fiber so you aren't hungry again in an hour. Not high calorie like many similar cereals. Wonderful when add fruit.

This is my favorite cereal! It is delicious, thick, flavorful, and filling. I love to eat this cereal every morning so I can be full until lunch.

This is the lowest carb cereal in our market area that actually tastes good. Highly recommend if you are watching carbs but still want cereal crunchiness.

We eat this cereal almost every day. We compared it to other cereals and the fiber and the flavor are there with not so many calories. I recommend it. We put walnuts and pecans with it, but it's good without the additions too :)
