Took awhile for it to kick in, once I got serious about losing the weight, went on a 16/8 fasting (with doctor knowledge), dropped the weight to 198 from 212, now increasing my walking, and hopefully the rest will come off over the summer…goal is 190, which will trim up this 77 year young!
