I used the Nuun products last year with success in training in the heat in Texas. This year, with the extreme heat, I have used Nuun products as a great recovery tool after training outside this summer. I feel better if I drink a Nuun rather than just plain water.

As somebody who works out 3x a day, in the sun, hydration is key. I love the lemon and lime tablets and they are always in my bag. I only travel with Nuun products and will be seen by my teammates sipping on a hydrating concoction every time we fly. Nothing does it better.

Nuun sport is great for hot summer workouts, but also just keeping up with your summer hydration. I struggle drinking plain water, but I have a newborn and have to keep up with my water intake for milk production. Nuun keeps me hydrated so I can feed my baby!
