I received a free sample from smiley360.com. job & house stress makes it difficult to fall asleep (your brain's always going) but Emergen-Zzzz works great. have no problem getting up in the morning and feel well-rested. I've tried both the berry & peach.

Works great. As in puts you to sleep fairly quickly and easily. However the taste could be a bit better quality. It tasted pretty bland. But the job was to help me sleep and it did that so it did it's purpose.
