Easiest I have found, to swallow. SmallIsh, oval. I can't take large pills, and this brand is the easiest. It also helps when I have heart palpitations, which is usually a sign of allergies, fatigue, stress or low potassium.

Worthlessly low dosage. Buyer beware. They used to sell 300 or 500 mg tabs. Avid walmart shopper here but not wasting my money on this. Health adults need 3,500-4,700 mg of potassium daily. You do the math based on this and what you eat
