I have the same problem as someone else who reviewed this product. Doesn't work bc the end of the nozel doesn't clear the counter and it drips on the granite, not into the sink. But you just said....sorry. thanks for the review. so wow. no help no answers?

Cheap product they saved 20 cents on a 1-1/8" long shank when most granite tops that would require a fancy looking soap dispenser will be thicker especially if the steel sink undercount is close to the hole and makes it thicker. Other companies soap dispenser mostly have longer shanks unless you ...
