I have the same problem as someone else who reviewed this product. Doesn't work bc the end of the nozel doesn't clear the counter and it drips on the granite, not into the sink. But you just said....sorry. thanks for the review. so wow. no help no answers?

This dispenser looks great and works great for a year, but despite proper care and installation, it stopped working after a while. I don't even know how this is possible but a piece of the spout is completely gone so now the soap is coming out of the front instead of the bottom. See photo. I was going to try and order a replacement but I see it has been discontinued. Customer service, please reach out to me for resolution.
