I liked the loop on top. It does not hang so low on the feeder stand. It also has a deep seed catcher dish that keep the seed from falling on the ground and holds several birds at one time.

Very large and strong, best bird feeder I have found for the price. Only critique I can give is I wish they wouldn't have put the large sticker on the plexiglass. It stuck on there and I was not able to get it fully off. Other than that I am very pleased with it and so are the birds!

I had to block off 2 of the feeding holes as it allowed too much out at once. But now it works very well. However, be warned that it arrives with a large label that covers one side of the clear plastic
