I have had great luck with this product in Denver, CO. Twice I've had to reseed in July. Usually about 90 degrees and no rain. Trick is to water twice a day. I even used 1/2 a bag left over from last year and grew baby grass after 5 days. Works for me!

I love this product, I was skeptical at first, but I follow the instructions and less than 2-3 weeks I have grass where it was bald. If I could afford it, I would have all the bald spot done with Onestep. I just recommended to my girl friend with pictures from my yard.
