[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it does what it says. it works great in the sun and the shade, i was worried about the shade part as most of my yard is hidden by trees but it worked. i now have a beautiful yard.

I love this product, I was skeptical at first, but I follow the instructions and less than 2-3 weeks I have grass where it was bald. If I could afford it, I would have all the bald spot done with Onestep. I just recommended to my girl friend with pictures from my yard.

I have been using Pennington one step for years. It's much better than Scott who uses a paper filler. I recommend using this product during a rainy time in the spring. I just wish Wakmart would lower the price online as it's very expensive and one bag doesn't cover much unless they increase ...
