bought the 9 ft surf spinning rod and am very happy with my purchase. rod is nicely constructed and looks good as well.paired it with a size 80 okuma ignite with braid and casts very far .already caught some small bluefish the first day. great price , and nicely constructed rod.

Bought rod about 3 weeks ago have fished about 8X it can handle very small fish and very large fish you just cant kill it Im very rough on equipment but have used my ugly sticks ( I have 17) for 40 + years back woods beaver dams to canion tuna, car doors door ways ect

I use the 7 foot boat road for big flathead catfish has very very good backbone and stainless steel eyelets which is perfect for flats and for the price they are perfect...
