We had to reduce the sodium in our diet. I'm so glad I found this. It is so convenient in soups and when making roast gravy. You can add spices with no problem. So glad they have a Unsalted version of this ! Made a wonderful beef stew with this as the liquid minus all the added salt in regular ones. Just add what you need or none at all!
