My partner and I have been using this machine for 2 months. we each weighed about 170 pounds each. Are now down to about 160. It is Extremely smooth and easy to use. Quiet,Smooth and Sturdy are the best words to describe it. and has a long stride. It took me a total of about 3hrs to put together....

Product was not too difficult to assemble, although it did take me about 2 hours to complete. The instructions were simple to follow. The Elliptical is very quiet, and smooth to operate. I have not used the downloadable App with this yet But I intend too. Would definitely purchase this again.
