I like the three programs, the background music, and the time allowed to get into position, especially on the stress relief portion. When sequences move to quickly for me I just hit pause!

This video is just what the doctor ordered for beginners. The instructor is patient and urges you to take your time. I felt so relaxed after doing the flexibility portion.

I was so excited to recieve this in the mail. The minute it was delivered I gathered my yoga gear, popped the DVD in and pushed play. Unfortunately I only got through about 3 minutes into the practice before I couldn't take it anymore! The narrator! Her mouth makes so much disgusting mouth sounds...

Love this video as im a begginer and not flexible...yet. They go slow enough you can easily follow. Would reccomend walmarts 7 pc yoga mat set to go along with it. Im excited to see myself a month from now . It has three different programs you can choose
