I like the price of this product. I love that this product works. Take it 30 minutes to an hour before you're ready for bed. All of a sudden you'll know it's time to sleep. I sleep all night and wake up very rested. Great buy in my book!!

Given the fact that i use these daily to get a good night sleep, I can honestly say they help. I'm able to get a good night sleep with just 1 tablet since i normally get the 3mg instead.
