My HP was 7 years old and was having problems. The last time I tried, the fax didn't work. The hinge is broken and I use a stack of phone books to have the pressure required to hold the lid closed, so the machine could work. I saw this advertised at a different store, but Walmart had it at a lowe...

This all in one machine is very convenient to have. I no longer have to run all over town trying to send a fax or make a copy of documents. It was a little difficult to figure out where to put the paper. But i figured it out. I'll return later to further comment.

I love the printer easy to hook up. Love the fax. Print is great for what I needed. Ink seems to last a long time. Let it go until it no longer prints. Mine said replace ink, but I left in until paper no longer printed it lasted about another 50 pages.

So far so good...prints well...haven't tried the other features as yet....love printing from my cell.
