I repeatedly tried to get someone locally to fix this printer to no avail. The cost quoted me was more than I could buy a working one on line. These are the parts that appear to have fallen out. I pride myself on being able to repair anything-this printer stumped me.

I am really impressed by this printer. My 14 year old son set it up by himself. It's the fastest printer we've ever had at our house. My cell phone has printed from it as well. It's wonderful. I would highly recommend.

I have had it only two weeks but I have no complaints. The big plus over the MX410 is five cartridges instead of two. It is aggravating to toss a color cartridge because it is out of one color . With the MX922 I replace the color that is empty.
