I love these my 7 year old daughter only takes one and she is asleep in 20 minutes. I only give them to her during school days but they really work and i take four of them myself and it works great so i dont have to buy 2 separate bottles. Also Wal-Mart has the cheapest price for them.

It works great. It's not addicting and Kids friendly. We call them sleepy gummies. The melatonin calms my kids down and doesn't make them drowsy. I give melatonin to my kids to get them back into a routine for school. Once they get used to the routine, I reduce the amount to none.
