I bought these for my 6-10 year old grandsons. We all live within 1/4 mile of each other. They can talk to each other from their homes. They loved them.

They have great range and options and the kids love playing with them. The only bad thing is that they use up batteries because the kids leave them on and they don't automatically turn-off after a certain time. As long as you turn them off when done they provide good sound and clear reception.
