The adjustment handle on our basketball system broke after 3 years. I was looking at 150 in parts to fix it or a new hoop. I called and spoke to customer service. They said the part was covered under warranty and they ship it to me within a week. Very satisfied. The process was easy too.

This is a good quality goal for the price. Easy to raise and lower. Easy to move. I tried out the Angi “expert” assembly that Walmart offered, and that was a bad experience. We had two guys that took several hours, peed in the yard, and left trash everywhere. Wish I would have assembled myself.
