Masterbuilt 30" Analog Smoker with Red Door

I bought this a few weeks ago and did my first smoking ever. After I did the pre-seasoning I smoked a whole chicken and corn on the cob. Worked great and kept a steady temp and good smoke. I would recommend!

I line the bottom of the smoker with aluminum foil and put the racks in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. It holds the smoke well . Only issue is adding more chips is a bit of an issue because it isn't easy to pull out when the unit is hot. Kept a constant temp thru entire rib cooking. Nice unit.

From seasoning the smoker to cooking my first racks of ribs. This smoker made it very easy with no big mess and easy clean up. When done all I had to do was place racks in the dishwasher and rinse the grease out of the bottom of the smoker

Have always used Brinkmann Electric Smokers for MANY years. But they are gone. Got the Masterbilt home, opened it up ,put it together and seasoned it. Next day put a brisket on and it turned out amazing. Maybe even better than my Brinkmann.
