The water reservoir is hard to get at and you have to remove the cap to get to it. The side syrup holder is flimsy at best and the attachment for it is cheap. I would not recommend this product at all.

Item arrived in an original box with a decal stating this was a "Factory Recertified" unit. Coffee maker was obviously used. Nowhere in the listing did it mention this item was factory recertified. I would've never purchased it if I had know it wasn't new.
