I've had this bread many times and its very good for what it isn't & is. I wish Swanson would make the carb count available though.

This brand has dedicated facilities, and the bread itself is made of healthy ingredients. I never have an reaction to it. The "Select" line is also quite delicious. I hope that Swanson will carry more of the "Select" line from this brand.

Compared to any other white gluten free bread I've had - this is tops. The slight dryness can is fixed by a few seconds in the microwave. The taste and texture are superior. And - it isn't laden with calories per slice like so many other breads. It also toasts nicely. I make sandwiches in a ...

I always toast my gluten free bread when making my sandwiches. Great size for sandwiches.
