I spent an hour trying to get this to work. Instructions were fine, zipper was simply too tight and would not slide at all. I could not even get the second side of the teeth to slide down into the bottom. Hopeless, tossed it in the trash.

Step #2 “remove the broken slider by using a pair of cutting pliers” can probably only be done with heavy duty factory pliers, not with home equipment.

No zipper stop included, no instructions included (you have to go online), and it doesn't flip to be used on a two-sided garment. Turns out it's useless for me

Just followed the online instructions and easily fixed the zipper with the replacement slider. So nice not to need to rip the old zipper out and replace the whole thing. Love it!

I just got this to fix my husband's favorite fleece jacket. It is exactly what it says it is. A zipper pull replacement. Directions online were super easy to follow.
