Low in fat, high in fiber, wonderful chewy texture, whole grains --- the healthiest best tasting cookie ever. Good for diabetics because of low sugar, high fiber content. -- Satisfies my sweet tooth as well as my chocolate craving -- without feeling guilty about it.
