First don't be fooled by the picture. There are no berries in this box of cereal. It's bran flakes….that's it and it's not all that good. Gets soggy really fast. There's something not quite right about the marketing of this stuff. The second ingredient is sugar? Mmm

I eat this every morning, but would never buy it for the prices these sellers are asking. Each box has two 25cent coupons on the inside of the box. Buy it at your local grocery instead, for $3.99 a box when not on sale, and less when it is, and cut out the coupons. Giant Food and other grocery ...

Excellent cereal, good test, helps with fiber intake and digestion issues. I eat it nearly every morning. I would never order it at the prices here, however. I wish Walmart would stock it and their cinnamon bran muffin mix (both made by Silver Palate), so I could buy it locally.
