Great Value makes a good bran cereal, which fits my budget. top off your hot cereal with this bran, or add it to your yogurt or make your own trail mix with raisins, nuts,and chocolate chips. all ingredients you'll find it at Walmart.

Great Value Bran Flakes is as good as Total or Wheaties at a faction of their cost! The money I save using Great Value Brands makes my piggy bank smile.

It tastes great!. If you compare Total brand name cereal to generic "brand flakes" made my walmart , the, the Brand flakes contain more vitamins and trace minerals. Plus it costs half as much . I am not sure why the health benefits of brand flakes are not promoted more on the box.
