I use bran flakes for am meal, put into baking muffins, and also add it at the end of slow cooking steel cut oats. It is a great way to get fiber and the Walmart brand is way less expensive. If you like raisens or whatever, buy them separately and add.

Great Value makes a good bran cereal, which fits my budget. top off your hot cereal with this bran, or add it to your yogurt or make your own trail mix with raisins, nuts,and chocolate chips. all ingredients you'll find it at Walmart.
