One of the highest iron cereals on the market, if that's what your looking for. Also, great fiber content, if you know what I mean! Only problem is you have to order it because no one stocks it on their shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kellogg's All Bran Complete wheat flakes is a great way to increase your fiber intake. The cereal is crunchy with a hint of sweetness. It tastes great with milk and cut up fruit. It's one of my favorite high fiber cereals.
