We use the All-Bran Buds as a good source of fiber. We eat (dry) 1/4 cup every morning. If you do this daily it will help regulate your system.

I have eaten this cereal for breakfast for years. The fiber content is one of the highest and it really does the job. Wonderful product and now the content has went from 17oz. to 22oz. and NO increase in price! Way to go!

For me, this is absolutely the best way to add fiber and keep the plumbing working. It is superior to all other bran cereals due to the addition of psilium husks.
