It is a cereal that my doctor recommended to get more fiber in my diet. I eat it everyday and it stays crispy. I do not like soggy bran flakes. Thank you Walmart for carrying online. Wished you carried it in the store!

One of the highest iron cereals on the market, if that's what your looking for. Also, great fiber content, if you know what I mean! Only problem is you have to order it because no one stocks it on their shelves.
