I purchased this AC a couple weeks ago and so far so good. It replaced my old wall AC so last summer was hot....and now i'm cool.. A little loud when it kicks in from the energy start but overall it keeps my upstairs cool and I can't complain. Good price also

This item is sold as a through the wall model BUT it doesn't come with a shell so it really a golifided window model. Works good,cools good, but still not what I expected.
