I got to say this days of horrible coughing all day and night. Stuffed nose from heck, wheezing and all that. I've tried Ricola cough drops, I tried over the counter cold and flu medicines, I even tried prescription cough medicine all of them did nada. so my last hope I tried zinc and this STUFF...

Any time I feel a cold coming on, I start taking these tablets and it has warded off many colds. Take them as often as you need to until the cold ymptoms are gone.
