It makes makes me feel lighter. I am loosing weight. I have regularity, everyday I am moving my bowels. Before taking flax seed I go every three days. Now I go to the bathroom two or three times a day.

I like this product better then Metamucil. it has cactus after taste, but the results are much quicker then the others. I've taken nopalina for 2yrs and I already lost 30lb and I don't feel bloated.
