I take one after breakfast and it does help to curb my sweet tooth throughout the day. The directions state to take one daily and not exceed that. It would be helpful if I could take one in the evening as well, but so far, no complaints.

These taste great. I chose a gummy because I couldn't drink straight up Apple Cider Vinegar. These smell like apples and taste like them too! I like that they are gluten free and has no high fructose corn syrup.

I normally take the Goli apple cider vinegar gummies and this one has a bit of a stronger vinegar taste. Not so bad that I wont finish the bottle. It has all the benefits of the non vegetarian alternatives bowl regulation, curbing of appetite etc. I wouldn't hesitate grabbing these vegetarian app...
