Living a life on the road makes it hard to be able to fix your own food with much flavor. Uncle Bens Jambalaya Rice Packets are absolutely fabulous! They're full of flavor and spices! Except they're getting hard to find where I live.

I tried this in Bristol, but cannot remember where I bought it. It was so good, I mixed in some chopped cooked chicken. I've been searching everywhere, but cannot find it again :-(

For a full meal, I saute some diced cooked chicken and andouille or kielbasa in a little garlic and cajun spice, then toss it with the hot Jambalaya rice. It's terrific! I'd love this flavor to be available with BROWN rice too!
